For newlyweds, one of the ideal places to spend the most romantic honeymoon is in France. To walk by the Seine hand-in-hand watching lovers kissing by the lights of the city or to cruise down the river to enjoy a night of romantic dining, with the stars twinkling overhead and the city all lit up in all its glory. Who wouldn’t feel the romance of the place? Most couples dream of vacationing in France because of the romance that the country implies. To make your trip more exciting and romantic, drop by a luxury car rental in France and choose the stylish car model you prefer and drive your way to a remarkable honeymoon. Here are some of the things you can do to make the most of your stay.
For Romance
Paris is the place to have your fill of romance, even if France is technically full of romantic places! Anywhere you go, you are bound to feel in love all over again. Strolling on L'Avenue des Champs-Élysées is already a pleasure, with all the shops and sidewalk cafés busy with their daily affairs and people rushing by to attend to quotidian matters. The Eiffel Tower, a glorious architectural feat that attracts millions of visitors yearly, gives a thrill up your spine once you have a glimpse of it, signifying that you are indeed in Paris! You can also take side trips from Paris to visit other places nearby. Visit Mont St. Michel and the Loire Valley to see stunning castles, gardens and chateaus!

For Wine
If you want to savor authentic wines of France, Bordeaux is at the top of the list being the jewel in the crown when it comes to wines. Here, you will find Yquem, Mouton Rothschild and Lafite for delicious dessert whites to austere, long-lived reds. Then visit postcard-perfect Alsace for white wines from the four ‘noble’ grape varieties. Get lost in Burgundy and enjoy a glass or two of fabulous, crisp white wines in Chablis or in the Maconnais region. Drive on to Champagne for a taste of wines made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. In the Loire, you will find Chenin Blanc for whites and Cabernet Franc for reds. In Provence, you will find wines much appreciated by French royalty over the centuries.

For Art
If you and your partner are into art, France will give you a huge dose of artistic pleasures for both the casual and serious art lovers. In Paris, you can visit world-class and priceless pieces at the Louvre, the Orangerie, the Orsay, the Pompidou, and other remarkable museums in the city. Then you can go to Normandy to visit Giverny, the home of the famous painter, Claude Monet. Nearby is Auvers sur Oise, where you can find some of the most gripping works of Vincent Van Gogh. This is also the place where he spent the last few tragic days of his life. Then, in the French Riviera, you will find works of great artists such as Picasso, Matisse, and Chagall.

For Luxury
In Paris, you can splurge anywhere you want such as in a hotel and you will be treated like royalty. You can shop for designer clothing, bags and shoes in L’Avenue des Champs-Élysées. For honeymooners, you can also opt to rent a luxurious car to make your trip more sophisticated and comfortable as you make your way through France. There are also luxurious villas to rent. You can take a pick from a lavish Louis 14th chateau in Dordogne or perfect cliff-top villas in the French Riviera. You can have a honeymoon magnificent enough without having to go back home with empty pockets. You can dine in style with complete services included as well. If not, there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat out, with delicious food and sumptuous wines at your request.
