The living room, featured at the top, was artsy and modern, complete with a great leather couch and desk, which made it the perfect setup for as I was traveling on business. The kitchen was a bit small, but considering the old houses in German Village, it was more than expected. The innkeepers maintain a collection of fruits and snacks, and fresh yogurt for their guests of the Whittier Suite One, which was an absolute treat. The bedroom was spacious, and simple, yet we found it to be very relaxing. Most of the city sounds were kept outside while we slept and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom complimented the suite nicely, with its spacious shower area, fitted with a fantastic overhead shower.
Overall, we loved our stay, finding it very comfortable, private, quiet, and almost like home. The German Village Guest House suite's may be one of the finest, off-the-beaten path places to stay in Columbus. It's close to all of the good stuff, yet without a lot of the headaches.
