For the aspiring travel blogger and any other type of travel junkie, deciding on the next big adventure is a task that simply cannot be executed without a bit of hesitation. With so many spectacular cities and incredible sights to see, leaving your fate up to bingo might make it easier to narrow down your options.
The first question that probably comes to mind would probably be, “Why would anyone use bingo to plan their travels?”

Using bingo to lay out your next getaway is extremely useful for indecisive people, despite it being an unconventional way to make any for of lifestyle decisions. The game imparts itself as a recreational activity as well as lifestyle organizer. It’s been used to eliminate airport boredom according to How I Became a Mexican and to plan weekly workouts at the gym. People have shown a newfound interest in the game due to its versatility, inviting a wide spectrum of players to experiment with the game, from the young to the elderly, women and men. The game has even managed to transform the online gaming industry into an extremely lucrative one, attracting even Iceland Foods, a renowned grocery store chain in the UK, into launching Iceland Bingo through the Dragonfish Bingo Network in 2013 and subsequently winning several awards for Best Boutique Bingo site.

Bingo has the flexibility to be used for a multitude of purposes, and can be transformed into almost anything, including a personalised world map. Here are the instructions on how to design your own travel bingo card:

List down five continents that you can travel to. These categories will represent the “BINGO” columns on your card. Next, create your own bingo card by hand, or generate a custom card. Fill in the blank spaces with five countries per continent that you’d like to visit, numbering each item from each category 1 to 5 from the top. When the time comes to decide on a holiday getaway, take two dice so that one represents the rows and the other represents the columns. If you end up rolling a 6, just roll again. Whichever item you land on will be your next country of destination.

Remember to cross off each item after your travels.
