Vaping Has Taken the World by Storm

Oh, how I remember the good ol’ days, when enjoying two vices at one time was the way of things; in dimly lit bars, where the haze of cigarette and cigar smoke would linger like the mist of morning, where freedom was felt and health was ignored. But to say I remember is not to say I support such freedoms to be had in the face of everyone, everywhere, so I do indeed support the clean air act. Though I would never say no to a man’s desire to have a drink and a smoke, as I would totally hang out at a place designed for such an experience. However, these days, things have changed, and they continue to change at such a rapid rate that I even have trouble keeping up.
One movement that has gained a ton of steam is vaping. You know what I mean… You’ve seen those kids puffing on pens or on those larger vaping mods like the Trinity by Vapor2 or the Halo Reactor Mega, where a huge cloud of smoke is then exhaled. Well, truth be told, those clouds aren’t smoke, but water vapor, and depending on which study you put your trust in, it is indeed safer than smoking, however I am no health expert or researcher and would never dream of making such a claim. But the vaping movement is gaining steam and stores and vape products are finding their way in every town across the USA, and now, even many churches and schools have outlawed their uses. I would guess that that’s not because of clean air concerns, but rather by way of the annoyances of older generations.

Vaping is essentially breathing in a cloud of flavored tobacco e liquid, much like hookah in that you’re inhaling large swathes of flavored smoke, but with vaping, you’re avoiding the burning process all together. Flavored liquids are made by hundreds of vendors, ranging from online giants to local enthusiasts. One online retailer by the name of Black Note is one such company that has optimum pride in their product, and has found a niche within the new, ever-expanding vape market, because they specialize in creating e juice liquids that have an authentic tobacco taste, so if you hate your vapor tasting like peppermint, marshmallows, watermelon candy or vanilla custard, there are options that will bring back the taste of your favorite smoking stick. Or, it's not difficult to find vaping liquids that have zero nicotine.

The movement started by targeting folks who have been smokers for years and were interested in quitting, by way of transition ones habitual use to a less harmful approach. I can’t attest to whether this works well or not, as I’ve never been a consistent smoker, but it’s apparent that the interest of young people has caught on like smoking had decades prior. Now, there’s a marked increase in sales of vape, with a decrease in sales for tobacco, and current estimates seem to point in an ever continuing of this trend.
